Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Wednesday June 5
FBG at 0800 was 5.3

Pardon my ignorance but what does "SNAP!" mean?

Means I have the same result - there’s a children’s card game with same name. Cards dealt to x number of players, each lays his cards on one pile. If two players lay same card they yell ‚snap‘ and first to say it keeps all cards. Clear as mud???

It's from a card game children play. When 2 identical cards are drawn the players have to shout 'snap' and grab for the card. It's generally used to indicate when things are the same, like our BG readings were.

Forgot to post this morning - a touch of CRS syndrome - but it was 5.7
5.5 on a much cooler morning than yesterday - a drop of 18C and, yes, showers forecast this afternoon.

I’ll probably get my hand slapped for this - it stands for ‘can’t remember ****’!!

You aren’t wrong! Edited by mod for poorly disguised profanity.
