Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

    good morning... i have to report a 6.9 at 0448 did twenty minutes on the rowing machine which brought it down to 6.7 at 0542 .. i think the culprit was some new potatoes i fried up with egg and bacon last night about 2100 hours...
    added at 0712 ..this time last year i was in the low fives ,... so am a bit disapointed..hey-ho...

    ive got that problem to @Tipetoo ..7.0..retest 5.4...twenty minutes exercise and a 6.0 at 0548...im near to the end of a pot of strips maybe thats the problem....
    edited at 1652 ...tested after work and no more than seven grams of carbs consumed and 5.7 ..maybe its the strips they have endured some hot tempratures lately

    Went to bed on 7.3

    Still got a sore throat & cough plus both knees are bad.

    Also I don’t trust this meter. My old one died & this one read higher than the DN’s. So maybe my hba1c will be better than my daily readings.
