5.1 and a 5.4 twenty minutes apart @ 0721..lowest for a while i guess the very large glass of red wine last evening must have lowered it a bit..

Ha ha - I had to Google that. The answer is yes, the same Old Peculier that Melrose Plant enjoyed at the Jerusalem Inn.

7.0 for me this morning - 1 hour trail race yesterday evening followed by pub dinner with the club (ie beer). 6 monthly Hba1c this morning … fingers x-ed :-/
