Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

7.2 today mysterious haven’t ate anything in over 13 hours !

That could be the problem, for me when I go to long without eating my FBG keeps rising .

8.4, 0530am I'm getting lower but I was 6.2 before bed at 0945pm so I think maybe down to dawn phenomenon? Didn't sleep great too.

We are getting some very much needed rain at the moment, not a cats and dog, pick or pickhandle, or even buckets but enough to lay the dust and brown up the grass abit...

What was your last Hba1c

it was 48 as at mid October. Down from 77 in February which itself was a bit of a Hiccup. I went vegetarian in July 2018 and then fully vegan in July 2019.
