Stabbo vacillated between 5.2 and 5.4 this morning. Not sure either of them is low enough but probably not dangerous.

Can not eating for us T2s push up the Numbers? How do you feel? How’s your previous numbers been? Looking at your long term HBA1C they look good. Do you have any Control Liquid that’s still fresh? You could try that. Could you try it out on a known Non-T2?

It's a 6.5 at 9am. Going to chance 2 slices of Nimble toast again, but if they take me past 8.5, the birds are having the rest of it. (Edit: 7.6, 2 hours after toast. I can live with that.)

Far too high at 5.7. Cold still lingering - wish I was a mouse in the Keto experiments 'cos it doesn't suit my immune system.

Morning, 4.7 this morning. Lowest it’s been for a long time (still on steroids sadly).

6.0 at 8am, though it had risen to 6.6 before breakfast, after a couple of miles of cycling. Trying 2 slices of Nimble toast with Marmite peanut butter this morning. Fingers crossed, I get closer to the 0.9 rise than the 2.9 one it once gave me.
