It hasn’t been confirmed by the doctor yet but my fasting glucose is 8.5
I’m eating well and exercising but I guess this means I’m t2?
can I get it down without meds? I hear such bad things about the medication.

How did you manage this? How long did it take? Well done! So you’re in remission from T2? This is great4.9 this morning![]()

It's a mystery some days I eat loads of carby food and I have a half decent reading and others days I behave myself and have a higher reading . There are so many factors that effect readings not just food .Hiya, can I ask how your got it down in a day like that? I’m consistently 8.x
