    7.6 mmol Wed

but was late reading at 11.30am Insomnia night before then overslept to 11.30

    Today Thursday
Had a better sleep last night and this morning BSL
    6.8 mmol

But Ive also been over doing and eating more bread and carbs of late the cooler weather of Autumn seems to make me want more carby and sweet foods. And I've been indulging by baking and buying them!
