Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

8.6 - Well, having “flirted” with Carbostiens for the last few days, this morning shows a new start for the week. Breakfast?Pilchards + Avo + Red Pepper +Mayo and Chilli sauce.
 
Can we all keep to the ‘very low chat’ level for this thread please? If you have a general, question post your own thread and you’ll get more answers. If you have a question for a particular member and you don’t want to open a new thread there is always the Private Message facility. Thanks

Willco. Where’s the “what was your.... with some chat.” Thread? I keep missing it.
 
Hi @Estragon , yes it can get confusing at times! In addition to this thread there is a ‘some chat’ blood sugar thread:

The full on chat one is in the General Chat subforum, which doesn’t appear in recent posts so it’s a bit more fiddly to find sometimes. Hope that helps
 
@Rachox - Hi there! Yes, that Some Chat thread. I have this as a Watched Thread, but I don’t get any notifications of it? What extra do I need to do?
