Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

I awake every morning below 7.
Every night before bed I make a clove tea with slices of fresh ginger and a teaspoon of Extra virgin olive oil.
I also chew on a clove about an hour before that.
Be careful with the cloves though as they are that potent in reducing blood glucose they can send you into a hypo.
This morning blood pressure was 134 over 73 and no longer have swollen ankles for the first time in years.
