Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Dear me. You must be tired and you still managed to turn in a respectable FBG reading.

Diabetics are known to be more susceptible to GERD than the general population, not that it's any consolation.
I hope you have a better night's rest tonight.
Thank you, me too!

6.5 after a bad night suffering from GERD.
So sorry... I was told to sleep on my left hand side. It places the eosophagus above the stomach. If I sleep on my back, which I like to do, I often wake up with some burning in the back of my throat. My dentist says of my cavities, is because my saliva is too acidic. Cause I have no other dental problems. So, I try to sleep on my LHS as much as I can. I also keep a glass of sodium bicarb, + apple cider vinegar fizzy mixture by my bed to extinguish any overnight fires. (this is not medical advice, just what works for me.) Good success with that!!

Thanks for the information.
I usually turn regularly during the night like a rotisserie chicken. I must try and note if one side is worse than the other. Although I like the idea of the bicarb and ACV, I fear for my teeth leaving ACV on them until morning.
