1 mmol/L equates to approximately 18 mg/dL. So, in order to convert from mmol/L to mg/dL, the blood glucose value is multiplied by 18.0182.G'Day eh! I woke up to a pre breakfast BG 5.8mmol/L post 3km run shake out. (how does one convert xx.x mmol/L to that deca-litre units? Appreciate.)
