Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Well done.Any advice?I'm struggling.
I have just dropped my carbs to less than a 100 a day which for me is low . Has we all know we are all different and there are many factors that affect Blood glucose also if your readings are good during the rest of the day FBG that is more important . Take heart your numbers are not bad at all.

Unfortunately @flonvic the body adapts to the continued presence of a drug and IME switching to an alternative medication or dropping one altogether seldom proceeds smoothly at first.

If you can hang in there on a low ... ish carb regime, your FBG readings should gradually improve.

One approach is to Stop eating after 7.00 pm.

Worth a try.
