Feel the same, type 2 but also have coeliac disease "no gluten" Feeling tired and lethargic so bought kit to test my blood sugar levels . Started recoding morning levels This month average about 8.4. Would love somebody to Point me in the right direction about a good diet but not to lose weight.
Any ideas
Might be an idea to post today's meals here @Mcleanmr:
We'll try to help based on our own experience.

Pricking my finger for a BG test. Been doing it for years, it doesn't really hurt - but I still hate it!
6.1 this morning, though usually in the high 5.x's This does sometimes concern me TBH since the DVLA warning limit for driving is 5.0 and the "must not drive" limit 4.0. Don't have glucose monitoring, only finger prick test, so don't know exactly how low I go overnight.

T2D treated with metformin and insulin

Sugar, in all it's iterations.
G'Day from Montreal. I woke to a BG of 4.6 mmol/L this a.m. (05:30 EST)

Early 6 km run routine with three sprints. My BP was 97/60, Yikes. Maybe my MD will take me off the Lisinopril?
