G'Day from Montreal. My waking BG this a.m. is 4.9 mmol/L. (08:00hrs EST)
My two main meals yesterday were fish, Halibut and Salmon Steak and about of cup of vermicelli.

Feel the same, type 2 but also have coeliac disease "no gluten" Feeling tired and lethargic so bought kit to test my blood sugar levels . Started recoding morning levels This month average about 8.4. Would love somebody to Point me in the right direction about a good diet but not to lose weight.7.8

Odd cause I had a cup of mashed potatoes with chopped tomato late in the evening. But I fasted most of the day save for my regular one cup of oatmeal with blueberries for breakfast.
Rough, restless sleep last night. Headaches. Prob cause I don't have any coffee and I'm guzzling tea with lime. (no sugar of course)
I must really becoming insulin sensitive with this low readings. Hmmmmm

Is that what it is as mine is that and sometimes more, my concern is that I don't want to lose weight
