Good morning all,
Blood at 7am - 7.5, insulin at 7.30, breakfast at 8 am yoghurt and mixed berries, blood at 10 am is 7.5 followed by light activity of general household chores, blood at noon 4.6, insulin at 12.30 pm, lunch at 1 pm tuna salad, with 2 new potatoes and a clementine to lift the glucose level a bit. During this humid weather we are having at the moment my glucose seems to drop amore quickly than at other times, do other’s experience this, I wonder?

Good evening @Marian71. Welcome to the forum and this FBG thread for type 2 diabetics.
We're pleased you could join us.

I can't say I've experienced a fall in blood glucose readings in hot, humid weather, but I'm not an insulin user.
Once again, welcome.
