Hi not been on for a few days most fasting readings were around the 7's but yesterday I had a reading of 10.4 and today's was 8.6

How BS is measured like 5.1 4.8. I normally read 120 105 on glucometer. H1ba test is measured 6.5 7.5 & so on.

The smaller number is mmol/L, and is the standard in the UK. The larger number is mg/dl, which is the standard in the US. Here is a useful converter: http://www.diabetes.co.uk/blood-sugar-converter.html
For example, my FBG level of 6.2 mmol/L is 111.6 mg/dl
