After weeks of 8s and 7s it was 6.7 this morning. Very happy. Hope it's not a blip. It may be that I've taken bulkbikers advice and cut my veg carbs further. X
yesterday i had
6:30 porridge with added flax seeds
10.00 bag of salt and shake crisps
11:30 250 g fruit
12:30 250 g fruit
12:45 100 g Morrisons chilli seeds
1.00 40 g pumpkin seeds
2:00 bag of quavers
7:00 I had 125 g spelt pasta , homemade tomato sauce and 2 sausages
I thought i would try splitting the fruit rather than eat it in one go, in my case my body handled the BG ok after the fruit, it has always been the about same before the meal compared to 2-3 hrs after the meal.
Also i thought as i normally only have meals with only protein or carbs, i would balance it out, thus the extra sausages.
Not a fine number didnt take metformin for 1.5 day and the raise is around 0.6 mmol so maybe I'll stick to metformin , we'll see What fitness today will do to my morning number tomorrow .
Yesterday 1275 calories eaten . Carbs 73 gram and proteins 55 gram
