5.4 this morning - burns night last night - no haggis but a few glasses of a fine single malt then a somewhat tipsy walk. ..

Tried the Haggis but felt cautious so used celeriac for the mash. Also paired it with single malt. Pleased with last nights readings and this mornings so all in all a good result.

8.9 and sniffling. Been reading about phytic acid, it is an anti nutrient found in the skin and husk of grains and nuts, decided to stick to almonds and walnuts, but now concerned re the effect of phytic acid, my god this is a minefield. Doing a 24 hour fast today.
