Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Hi Everyone,
I hope your all doing as well as you expect to be doing, whilst dealing with this beast of a condition, we're all burdened with!!!

My BGL's this morning at 07.50 hrs were 8.1, but I'm surprised they weren't a bit higher, as I had some M&M's at 23.30 hrs last night, knowing all well they were a No No, but the urge was to much!!!

How are you feeling this morning, or (Night) as good as one can expect to be, with this condition to deal with, I hope?

I know that the trials and tribulations of this condition can be very disheartening in the first few months, when you look at all the different members and their BGL's each day, there is a lot of emphasis placed on them. But all you need to worry about really is your own reading each day, so as long as you are putting in a true effort, then in time they will be where all the others are, as well.
