Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

They are ok, a bit rubber band like and no taste but it's your sauce that gives them taste. Rinse several times in cold water before cooking to get rid of fishy smell.

I put them on a par with semolina & tapioca - just couldn’t swallow them (even after rinsing and dousing with sauce ).
