7. 6 @0629 no work yesterday due to rain..seemed to eat constantly following the low carb guide lines but evening came and for one of the first times i got the old "must have something sweet " craving..i resisted but did drink a lot of full fat milk i would estimate still under 100 g of carbs for the day though..better day today me thinks..
added at 0803 down to 6.7 after dog walk..
