Finally got within the 5.5 band All good and wishing us all.

Not sure but has anyone seen this before https://www.diabetes.co.uk/news/2020/aug/apple-cider-could-help-manage-type-2-diabetes.html been sipping on it before and after meals which I think has been responsible for my current low level although I still do my 2hrs daily walk (morning and evening after meal).
