I’m recently back on my t2 journey as of 1 March with metformin after several years of great diet control but a recent pregnancy at age 44 that required insulin (and a lack of discipline after that) sent me off whack. I’ve started testing again and today’s fasting was 9.1 . After moving around it’s dropping slowly. I have work to do...
