7.2 Sunday 6.6 Monday and 6.9 today gradually coming down carbs lowered and fingers crossed lol

8 today after a long, pre-breakfast walk. Usually between 7.1 and 7.9. It goes down during the day. Have only just started testing so not sure what this all means.
