Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

6.7 Just fed up. Trying to go lower carb and all my readings are going up. I know there are carbs in mushrooms (breakfast/lunch) and salad (dinner) but don't feel I can go much lower.
I don't know how many carbs you are having a day ...but other factors impact on blood sugar ..such as illness stress poor sleep .
