6.7 Just fed up. Trying to go lower carb and all my readings are going up. I know there are carbs in mushrooms (breakfast/lunch) and salad (dinner) but don't feel I can go much lower.

I don't know how many carbs you are having a day ...but other factors impact on blood sugar ..such as illness stress poor sleep .

6.5 this morning. I’m ecstatic about that as it used to be in the 13s. It’s interesting that the low blood glucose reading encourages me to stick to very low carb. The next step is to track my carb intake for a week to see exactly how many carbs I’m having a day
