Motivation is everything, I think. Not gaining while you aren't watching the scales is quite an achievement - I certainly can't do it and I am sure most of us can't, so you have done very well. Good luck with breaking through that 70kg barrier!OK, back after a long break, and 71.5kg . (So that's about 0.5kg or 1lb lost in the last year)

To be honest, I think it;s more of a question of trying not to gain any weight.
