Weekly weigh in - Fridays

Up 2lbs, not at all surprised! I'm planning a renewed attempt in the New Year, maybe not from the 1st as there's a fair bit of holiday food to use up first. And I am procrastinating of course!

I was down .4 on Friday. Last night I increased my ozempic dose. It will get interesting to see what happens next week.

I've started slowly off slowly on the treadmill this week and am adding a t.v. exercise programme for seniors to add strength and balance.

I've lost a grand total of two pounds over the last month. Not great, but at least I didn't gain. Still travelling on the right track, albeit slowly.

Well, I gained one pound over the past two weeks, I am relived that it wasn't more as I have been staying with family and have needed to estimate my calorie intake. Plus there may have been a mince pie and Baileys in the mix...

Ah well, back to normal this week, time to get back to eating sensibly again.

According to my new scales, as recommended by @Chris24Main I think, I lost 2.4 lbs last week. This is the first Friday reading on the new scale, so I'll take that with a pinch of salt. But I feel like I have lost some. I'll stick with the new scales - they even tell me the weather.

I have lost my Christmas weight and a tad more, so now - at last - I can say I have lost 10 STONE!! That's 140lbs, 63.5kgs. Got dressed to the sound of "We are the Champions" by Queen this morning, I may have shed a tear.

Well done @IanBish - I like the sound of those scales and if you feel you have lost weight, then you probably have.

Well done, too @filly - it is really hard at this time of the year and the cold weather is not helping.

Keep going everyone, it is worth it!

@IanBish - I got fireworks on mine for the new year, and they even wish you happy birthday..

More usefully - you may get emails saying "I miss you..." if you get out of the habit of using them, which I thought was a fantastic touch.

But - knowing that composition; over time, that's the killer feature - hope your experience with the scales is as good as mine..

Thank you. I have, but not that much. About two more stone to go for me, before I see how I feel and look. Hopefully not too much longer. The new scales should hopefully help a bit.
