Put the flags out, my few little changes, cutting back the cream, using almond milk in place of cow’s milk etc... and being strict with my daily walks, have done the trick! I’ve lost 1.3kg this week. I’m so pleased, I really thought 82kg was it! But today I’m 80.7kg
