Weekly weigh in - Fridays

Morning all, up 2 pounds this week. It has been a roller coaster week with my weight going up by 4 pounds and then down by 2 etc. I am still using my exercise bike daily, doing a minimum of a 1000 calories per day. Diet wise I am returning to my plant based diet, it is what makes me ME, hard to explain, but I need to ensure I keep an eye on my BS readings too. Hope all are doing ok, I will catch up with everyone’s news over the weekend.
 
Morning all. Weighing in at 58.3kg today - a 1.4kg drop during my 48 hour fast and 2.4kgs since last week. BMI is now 22.2

The fast also saw a 1.3 cm loss from my waist, 1cm from hips and 0.6cm from ‘muffin top’ so very pleased I stuck at it.

Edited to say a challenging week coming up as my Dad and his wife are down for the weekend and I have some more work travel. My place is too small for Dad and wife to stay, so they’re in a hotel nearby and we’ll be eating out a lot with coffee/dessert at my place.

Hi all and especial congrats to all our fasters including @Goonergal @HarrisonK and @ianpspurs - well done to you all. As I’ve been trying to balance my weight with my bgs I didn’t join this one. I can find fasting stressful which puts up my bgs - due to cortisol I think - and hbaca1 next week so trying to keep as balanced and low as possible. I also don’t want to lose any more weight so need to be a bit careful.
My stats today maintenance :
9 stone 3 pounds or 58kg
Bmi 20

Not trying to lose any more weight - have been maintaining between 64 and 66 kg since December 2017, but I like hanging out here with my lovely weight loss companions :)

5th April 2017 I weighed 115.3 kg - BMI 39.8
Today I weigh 64.1 kg - BMI 22.1

Down 0.3 kg over the last week - still maintaining happily :)

A day late checking in as it's been a manic week at work - off to Sheffield today to see daughter perform in Adams Family Values (she's a dead queen :) )
 
well at least I haven't gained;
back 0.5 kg to 93 kg .... hope to get further down from now on...
hope you are all feeling fine.... I am a bit unstable at the moment seems either sucralose or very low carb made me deeply depressed, so I switched back to moderate levels of carbs and try to stay under 150 grams and hopefully very low only twice a week then... I need to be stable to be a good single mother anyways.. life is fine still love to you all in your struggle <3 :)
 
Morning all. Weight has egded up from mid fast last week which is to be expected. Also had my single meal yesterday in the evening and had plenty of cheese and a rare glass of wine so this morning's weight will be artificially high just as last weeks was low. Today I am 74.2kgs and last week 73.5.kgs I have hovered around 74 kgs all week which is a BMI of 22. I just want to nudge under BMI 22 and keep waist to height ratio under .5 which it was last Saturday at the end of 61 hr fast.

Morning, a 4lb loss this week, so now back on track with a 12lb loss since my diabetes review in December. Certainly takes longer to shift the weight these days. Hope you all have a nice weekend.
 
How did Friday arrive again! Whilst I await my hbaca1 and cholesterol results - worse than exams - here are my weight results
Happy as Maintenance achieved again - so I’m still:
11 stone 3 pounds
Kg 58
Bmi 20
No Pilates yesterday - voting in hall - and less exercise generally this week, more time stuck working at desk - so worried it would be up pleased it seems to be happy at this weight set point.
@Goonergal good news about the cms - sure if you stick with Pilates too that will help - well it did with me.
