Weekly weigh in - Fridays

@IanBish 2lbs and pizza! I call that a win win. add in the cookie monster and it sounds like you survived the carb fest pretty well! Good luck with hitting 16 1/2 this week.
I may have survived, but I felt like a nap after all those carbs!
Well done @IanBish 2lbs off after all those lovely treats, sometimes it works to switch things up a bit.

I managed to lose 2.5lbs this week!
It was probably more luck than judgement, but you may be right. Well done on an impressive weight loss this week.

@aylalake You lost 10 chunky Kitkats last week! That's a lot of chocolate!

Good luck everyone, keep working
Strewth! When you look at it that way, it’s actually not bad at all - thank you @callyandy and huge congrats on your BMI result!

I managed 1kg this week, dead chuffed with that. Only 2kgs from my next target and 32kgs from my final target. Thanks to all those lovely people here who have encouraged me.
That is excellent, you should indeed be very chuffed with that. You will get rid of those other 32kgs by next summer and enjoy feeling a lot more comfortable in the heat!

Well done. I'll meet you on the beach in the summer.

You all encourage me too. We all encourage each other. Whatever the distance, we're all travelling the same path.

Thanks @IanBish - you and I were both stuck on that plateau for a while, but both seem to have moved off it now, downwards, and yes, on the same path with most everyone else.

Those are brilliant results @IanBish and @bolingbroke you've put me to shame. I’ve gained 2lbs but that’s no surprise. As I said in Fasting BG post I’ve had visitors all week and eaten enough mince pies to give Santa a run for his money! I’m so cross with myself and don’t know how to cope with temptation and fix my willpower.

Good morning everyone!

Well done @IanBish another 2lbs and the lower 16st are calling you!

Wow @bolingbroke you are really kicking it and congratulations on being in the 15s now and having a BMI under 30, that is fabulous!

I have had visitors too, @MissMuffett I must admit to being a bit stressed about coping with all the lovely foods around, so I understand completely. Those 2lbs won't have settled yet, so by being sensible this week, I am sure they will be gone by next Friday.

Even though I had the visitors staying, we didn't indulge in the mince pies, thankfully. I think all the running around after them has contributed to a surprising weight loss of 3lbs for me this week and that is despite not being able to get my daily walks in. I am a bit concerned my scales may be off a bit, so we will see next week if they are accurate or not.

Keep up the great work, despite all the very tempting foods being around at this time of year!

It's that time of year; don't be too cross with yourself. Thank you, and well done to @bolingbroke too!

Thank you. I'm looking forward to getting there.

Good morning. I hope everyone is going in the direction they want to go.

Myself, I'm down just under 2lbs. That 16½ stone milestone is now within spitting distance!

That’s awesome, Ian! Well and truly off that plateau now!
