Weekly weigh in - Fridays

Where to start so much news from you all, @IanBish and @bolingbroke fabulous efforts, @MissMuffett this time of year is a minefield, don't beat yourself up, and I'm sure your guests had a super time. @LeafyArts trust the scales, embrace the loss. @filly sorry I don't know your story, so support and hugs for you on your journey.
Me, 79.4 kgs, one kg lost last week, a total of 19.1kg, 3 stones since August, or as I like to think of it.. 53 Toblerone bars... mmmm, Toblerone.
Good luck this week folks, We all need it.

Up 1.6..... I did nothing wrong! Oh well, let's see.... a couple of Lindor truffles... not enough water....a bit cavalier with the carbs... not sleeping well...
Ah well, new week ahead and a chance to remedy mistakes. I am keeping track today , weighing and measuring to be sure I am accurate.

@filly that is such a small amount, I would ignore it and carry on, your persistence will pay off.
Thank you very much, @callyandy you have done really well, 3 stone in total since august is such a good loss and your body will be very happy with that, I am sure. 53 toblerones is quite a lot, next time I am at the supermarket I shall look at them on the shelf and try to imagine 53 of them!
@May Mic - that is very frustrating for you, but I expect the poor sleep has a lot to do with it, I hope that settles down and you get some good rest and next week will show better results.
Wow, @aylalake congratulations on a great loss this week and on being so close to your first target, having interim goals is a great way to break down the bigger picture, it has helped me from not feeling quite so daunted!

Early doors today, cat on head purring, ricky sleeping conditions :hilarious: :arghh: :hilarious:. 78.6kg this morning, 0.8kg loss this week, 19.9 in total, 3 stones 1 lb, or....38 Panettones..Have a good week folks. Don't panic if things get tough, just try to stick to the plan.
Good job, @callyandy. I stayed the same this week; zero Mars Bars or Chunky KitKats lost. Better luck next week.

This really is the hardest time of year, so much food and drink around and lovely smells everywhere we go. So well done everyone for sticking with it and even if you haven't lost this week, or you haven't got the results you wanted, just being here and supporting each other is wonderful.

@callyandy nearly a whole kg is great and 38 panettones off, woohoo! You are right, we just need to not panic and stick to our plan. My challenge is going to be sticking with it after Christmas, I have fallen foul of that before.

@EllieM Ahh, it is so tough, you must be so frustrated! But you are doing the right thing being mindful of your weight, it will come off eventually, it has to.

@aylalake - that is still a good loss and yes, next week you will be out of the 90s, it will be here before we know it!

@filly a loss is still a loss, hopefully it will be more next week, you are still in the game and that is the most important thing.

@IanBish Oh well, a STS is better than a gain and sometimes it is inches rather than lbs that come off, the body is a funny thing. Fingers crossed for you next week.

@MissMuffett - WOW! that is a great loss this week and the overall trajectory is downward and that is fabulous.

@May Mic YAY, down 1.6 is really great, you are doing so well!

As for myself, I have rather surprisingly lost another 3lbs (bear in mind I am still very overweight and I still have a lot of weight to go before I am even out of the obese BMI range, hence the larger losses), it has been a stupidly busy week and I am afraid I have had little time to shop for food, let alone eat it - heh, but I do my best, LOL.

It is indeed. It is a great support. I'm very grateful for this thread.

I tend to feel if I've lost. I didn't feel it this week, but I'm crossing everything for next week.

I've got a way (weigh) to go too. But we (the larger people) are all in this together, and we'll give support and encouragement as necessary.

4 lbs off since last weigh (can't remember when that was). Edited to added, last weigh was 7th October
Going through a very stressful time so some planned intermittent fasting and some unplanned, grabbing lc food where possible (cold cooked chicken, cheese, almonds). Carby party food late last night might just have undone that loss though!
