Down 0.9 lbs. My smart scales tell me that at 13st 9lbs I'm now merely overweight, rather than obese, so that's good.

I don’t frequent this thread @IanBish but I had to comment that I don’t know when you changed your avatar pic but I’ve just noticed it and you can just how much weight you’ve lost, you look a different guy, well done

So I’m not derailing the thread I lost 1lb this week - any weight loss for me now is hard won so I’m pleased with that.
I remember going from obese to overweight - great feeling, but then my next appointment they decided to measure my height again as you “shrink with age” certainly moved the goal posts I’d lost an inch in height - put me back in the obese

Thank you. It was quite recently.

I lost 1lb this week - any weight loss for me now is hard won so I’m pleased with that.

That's 0.1 more pounds than me! I'll be sure to avoid any height measurements when I go for for my checkups...

I lost 0.4 lbs this week. This is still quite a long process: plenty of Vitamin P is still required, but it's not difficult and I am never hungry. I've given up the wine, and have a couple of pints of Guinness 0.0% a week and the odd gin & diet tonic.
