Dinner last night was t bone steak, chips and mushrooms
Today, I attempted to make something out of chicken liver, ground almond, hazelnut flour, psyllium husk, mushrooms and mustard. With the benefit of hindsight, I am not completely sure why,
I suspect it may stay in the fridge for a while - similar to my recipe for cucumber - " slice thinly and throw out"
I won that as a dinner for two prize at the Bowls Club Bistro where I am a member, the chips would not have been on the menu at home.OK.. I'm starting to get very hungry now!
Today started with toast and tonight it was buffet food as was at my brothers funeral
Thank you, he lost his fight with diabetesMy condolences on the loss of your brother. My sincere sympathy to you and your family.
