Whew! I'm tired just reading that list ☺I did better today:
6am fed the dogs and did the SSS and did some reading and took my vitamins
7am
2 eggs 2 sausage patties and small hash browns and coffee
( hey I said better, not great)
10:30 piece of ham rolled up (no bread) and water yay me!
2:30 grilled cheese sandwich and a small DP (16 oz) and a 32 oz mineral water
6:00 two plain hot dogs no condiments and a 12 oz Coke
8:30pm grilled chicken breast
I'll probably have coffee tonight about 9pm or so till about 10 pm
Anyone know how many carbs that is?
Or calories?
So this is pretty good for me
I felt good all day
I ate too many carbs though
I'm kinda tired but not lethargic
I took kids to school at 7 and went to work at 9 and fed the horses and fixed some fence and worked on the tractor and cleaned out the trailer and moved one group of horses to an alternate pasture and cleaned out a water trough and ordered some hay for next week
Went to finish up on a side job and got paid ( bathroom remodel)
Got home around 4 and picked kids up from school
Went to son's football game (they won 17-0 and he played great)
Got in an argument with number 1 daughter over school work
Took my #2 daughter to nail salon and picked her up after
About to go grill some chicken for dinner while wifey is at the store while daughter number three is at voice lessons
Need more coffee

whats helped me is smaller plate and buying the book carbsandcals and my better half ,who does all the preparing ,cooking etcWow that's incredible
I've got a long way to go to get down to 2k calories per day I think
That happens to me when my routime is upset. Hard to eat early when you know you have to.B. 1 slice Burgen toast with cheese
S. 2 oatcakes 1/2oz cheese
L. 4x chippolata sausage 95% pork+ herb + 2 eggs fried in olive oil
D. Cod in parsley sauce, cauliflower rice
S. 1 oatcake 1/2oz herb cheese
Too many carbs today. I was up too early, ate breakfast at 6am needed a snack at 10am, was hungrier than usual all day
