Absolutely agree, which is why I made a bumper amount in my food processor this evening and grated enough to try a celeriac rosti. Thanks to @Chook and @SlimLizzy for the culinary inspiration.I love celeriac remoulade too but it’s such a hassle to prepare without a food processor to grate it.
That rosti looks delicious, but as am not a huge fan of celariac, have been hunting for my three veg rosti recipe. So far it has eluded meEvening everyone. Very late posting tonight. It seemed to take me forever to clear up after dinner tonight, then there was lunches, chia pudding and a batch of smoky spicy nuts to be made! I'm exhausted!
Breakfast: Mocha chia pudding. Coffee and cream.
Mid morning: Almond milk cappuccino.
Lunch: Green soup (everything green in the fridge - celery, leek, asparagus, spinach, stock and cream) with cheesy skillet bread.
Afternoon: Another almond milk cappuccino.
Dinner: Pan fried salmon with roast cherry tomatoes, asparagus, celeriac rosti (a success!) and homemade hollandaise. SF jelly and cream. Decaf coffee and cream.

B: protein peanut & chocolate bar with tea
3 coffees throughout the day
D: very late - just finished eating but did cook despite the time. Prawns with oven roasted onions, peppers, courgettes and cherry tomatoes with some Nando’s hot sauce. And a hotel chocolat cherry sour for after
I love it! Makes the blandest of food taste like a treatI love Nando’s hot sauce. I became quite addicted to it at one point and used to have it on toast for breakfast ( before my low carbing days obvs)
It's funny how we all influence each other's menus on here! You can see themes popping up all over the place. The rosti looks fab. Your whole meal sounds fab. After reading your post I’m just going into the kitchen to make a mocha chia pud for tomorrow now!

Bed 6.5 FBG 6.6 - can I just say I don't like rose water chia pudding. It is yuk! Don't know if it was the rose water but it has an odd smell about it. A bit like nail varnish remover. It does taste a bit like Turkish delight but the smell is off putting.
B. Still on Dr Almond bread. 2 bits ciabatta with the pate pate salmon this time. Tassimo Americano grande with a dash of cream.
L. Nothing had the boys to collect while DIL worked for a couple of hours.
D. Hubby fancied fish so I rustled up my fish and chips again. Today's crumb mix was parmesan, almond flour, flaxmeal, sesame seeds, pepper and parsley. Cod loin, veggie chips and diet doctor curried tartare sauce.
I tried the chia pudding but settled for raspberries due to the smell.
@BibaBee I was careful with the rosewater. I even made a "sugar" syrup with monk fruit and added the rose water bit by bit but this odd smell appeared after.
