I put this in my mini chopper with celery, onion, mushrooms, garlic and then fry it all up in a tiny bit of olive oil. Tip in a tin of chopped tomatoes and season with salt, black pepper and a couple of sprinkles of dried chilli flakes. Spoon into the skins and sprinkle some grated cheese on top. Bake for about 40 minutes, regulo 5.I would like to lose weight and include a lot of vegetarian options. Would appreciate ideas.
Hiya @Kyi! Yes, I noticed that they do a milk chocolate version. I had to move swiftly past that, thoughTested the Chocologic No Added Sugar Dark Chocolate. Its quite acceptable. Good chocolate taste. @debrasue You will be glad to know they do a milk chocolate as well as the Dark. At 2.2g per 4 squares you can easy add this in to a low carb diet. The milk chocolate has 4.5g carbs per 4 squares and the milk chocolate with hazelnuts has 4.2g carbs per 4 squares.

I adapted the almond bread recipe from Ginny's Low Fat Kitchen - added grated apple, sunflower seeds, stevia and mixed spice and it was really good. (It was the smell of the freshly-baked hot cross buns in Tesco which set me off!)

well, each to their own...I've eaten dried goji's and they were like raisins but hint of resin like aroma.Goji berries .
