I had that or a similar message using the app in the short time I used it, I left a 1 star review on the Play Store saying thet it was useless and use a browser.been having issues using the diabetes forum app on my phone sometimes it will not open and tells me the site is down but if I log on using my computer it works any one else having issues. morning all. im going out for bf today. at the hall in the next village they have a monthly tabletop sale in winter and you can have a full English for a fiver. so it will be a good start. for dinner tonight, a minted lamb shank with kale and farmhouse veg. i keep repeating ..... i must be good, i must be good!! im finding it very hard to be good atm.

Made more pink yorks rhubarb in slow cooker with lemon and ginger and then used some to do a low carb crumble 6oz ground almonds,2oz of oat fibre And 2oz powdered eyrthritol made into breadcrumbs by rubbing in 4oz of butter. Pic with rhubarb showing was when making crumble to show the filling other is crumble cooked. Cooked at 180 fan for 25 mins portioned out when cool a few in fridge for next few day rest in freezer for other days.
First thing a few spoons of hm yoghurt and my supplements
Lunch salads, hm sauerkraut and cheese with a few m and s lc seeded crackers followed by hm yoghurts and berries
Dinner hm curry with cauliflower rice followed by small portion of lc crumble out in evening with friends two glasses of red wine which made me peckish so had a couple of lc seeded crackers and four squares of Montezumas 100% before bed!

ah ha, the actual challenge @maglil55 was dealing with the pitying looks and lack of understanding that eating 'our' way can put your diabetes into remission! There was lots on the menu I could work with...You should be able to get a veal or chicken dish. Also Italian's I frequent offer some lovely seafood dishes or an Aubergine parmigiana?
