First thing a few spoons of hm yoghurt with my supplements
Lunch left over frittata with a few salads followed by a few berries with hm yoghurt and two squares of 100% choc with Almonds
Dinner - see photo - lamb loin, fairly lean so cooked with a spoon of added fat - organic coconut oil with ginger
@Goonergal thought of you when ate it as it’s very lean, and for me perfectly cooked and still moist - but probably wouldn’t have hit the spot for you! Served with spoons of all my different salads and two sauerkrauts. Pudding one lc blondie warmed and served with hm yoghurts.
@RosemaryJackson your operation sounds quite a challenge take it steady while you recover ordering take out sounds sensible take care.

@annabell1 good to see you back here getting back to working out the best food for you to keep you healthy. Re the apple cider vinegar I’ve read quite a lot about it’s benefits and I’m adding to my salads mixed with olive oil - important bit though is buying a live one it can be called “with the mother “ which makes it look cloudy - avoid any commercial sterile pasteurised ones as they are not helpful.i sourced one locally using local organic apples and in a dark bottle to keep it live and beneficial.
