Thank you @Riva_Roxaban, for that. I still don't get what it is about though.Bacon and egg sandwich for breakfast.
Steak and onions, salad for lunch
Pea and ham soup, two slices of toast for.supper at six
Small glass of single malt seeing as AA is working ok with stopping the bleed.
I put a Spoiler in for @Annb .
I asked Neil to get me some Brussels sprouts when he went to the shops yesterday morning. He came back with a pack of bean sprouts! I never have liked bean sprouts - to me they taste "earthy" or mouldy.More brussels.... must go and look for some. Yum
I can view all pages and download on my iPad. Let me know if there are any you particularly want and I’ll wing them over to you.Has anyone tried downloading any of the recipe books in the new ‘members only’ section? Don’t know if it’s because I use the app but I couldn’t download or even look at anything but the title pages.

Bottom pix looks like the moggy has been in to cat nib patch.Injecting for my meal was met with some minor trouble today. Right before these pictures Efraïm used his long prying paw to grab my pen while I was injecting, which meant I had to keep the needle inside me for safety until I had distracted the cat enough to make sure he wouldn't headbutt my pen before I'd had the chance to put the needle back on.
They definitely don't tell you about the real challenges of diabetes when newly diagnosed!
Still, very much worth it, love the cat and loved my meal, so all is well.
