- Spicy food which is too hot. Nasty people who have no idea on your life journey but feel the need to comment and be cruel.
When I gave up coffee in order to try a carnivore diet for a few months last year, I made my coffee weaker and weaker until it was worse to drink it than not! Gradual and consistent for the win.Try reducing your 1/2 teaspoon gradually. That was the route I took and, as I said, I ended up with 6 grains of sugar on the tip of the spoon. It was so silly I eventually just stopped.
Can you leave the carby bits and eat the rest?Think my pensioners lunch will have to stop unfortunately.
Try taking a really nice bit of cheese to have instead of pudding. Will still feel like a treat and can still join in sociallyThink my pensioners lunch will have to stop unfortunately
Have you checked your temperature? I had some dizzy spells for a week after a nasty cold recently, with stubborn BG's. Finally I realised it's how I feel when having a fever, except I didn't feel feverish. Checked, 38.5, so that explained both the dizzy spells and the stubborn BG.d BGs still higher than normal. Libre gave me a 14.6!!! later today but thankfully it was a rogue reading. The actual still wasn't great at 11.2. Something is still amiss as I am still having still dizzy spells.
