Looks good.Does it look like cottage pie is supposed to look?
It tasted very good, and I did include some beetroot because I like the colour.
I hope it freezes well, it turned out to be enough for 6 days and that's too many even for me!

Yes it does. An idea for next time is to bake it individual foil dishes then they just defrost and pop straight in the ovenI hope it freezes well
How about a casserole.Neil did some shopping for me while I was at my Counterweight class. On the list I had simply put "lamb" and told him that any cut would do. Usually the supermarket only has either chops or chunks for stewing but today he came home with lamb flank - 2 small pieces about 5" square. I have never cooked lamb flank like this - only a larger piece rolled as a roast. Does anybody have any suggestions to use these pieces of lamb?
No need for eggs if you don't like them, your breakfast sounds pretty tasty to me!Breakfast slices of chicken breast 100 grams with peanut butter 30 grammes wrapped in lettice leafs 120 grams and a black coffee...
Just can't do eggs ...
I hope so for you too , but if it doesn't put it down to the stress, and sometimes I find the bg and weight doesn't drop until a couple of days after. We aren't robots and don't have built in clocks!Broke my record of having the lowest carb day at 2.6g. The scales better acknowledge my efforts in the morning, or I just might sulk.
Wise words! Thank you.I hope so for you too , but if it doesn't put it down to the stress, and sometimes I find the bg and weight doesn't drop until a couple of days after. We aren't robots and don't have built in clocks!
