I went the medium sized one next town but 2 and still no crackers, I then went 4 towns over to the big one and still no crackers .
Maybe they have yet to reach the South East.
At least I was up and about today after yesterday's massive migraine. Having slept 17 out of 24 hours, I didn't sleep much last night and ended up getting up at 4 am for yoghurt and seeds as I was very hungry.
I then slept again 5-9.
Second breakfast was at 11, 3 scrambled eggs
L at 1:30 a bit of pate on a protein cracker
4pm a nut bar
6pm bolognaise sauce on cabbage.
Finally seem to be full, thank heavens.
Celebrated with a glass of white wine and soda

Hi @Ashybang welcome to this friendly part of the forum where we aim to keep our carbs as low as possible to help us manage out blood sugars. Some here eat 20g of carbs or less or as low as suits their blood sugars. Many eat under 100g of carbs and work at getting right amount for them.Had sausage & egg Mcmuffin breakfast.
(It was too difficult & tempting ) My son gave me a free ticket for the Mcmuffin, that he was given on McDonalds Monopoly.
Ham poached egg & spinach lunchtime
Roast chicken breast, roast potatoes , roast parsnips, potato and Swede mash, parsnip, Swede and Carrot mash, Cauliflower, Yorkshire Pudding x3
and beef gravy. . . . Nice Dinner.....
Coffee x3 cups and lots of Robinson's sugar free Orange and Pineapple, double strength squash.
See what the damage is in the morning, although my Blood Sugar has not been too bad throughout the day .....
