Well, at least you can be sure no carby thickeners were added. Thai cooks have a habit of using cornflour to thicken stock.It was a limited edition curry kit from Aldi. It tasted really nice, but was a bit too watery.

Could you thicken it yourself with coconut milk, perhaps? Would that work with the other ingredients?
