What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: ribs with bbq sauce with cauliflower, Brussels and carrots.

Breakfast: I always start with a small glass of goat milk kefir but usually forget to post it. Then had scrambled eggs and avocado.
L- l/c roll filled with ham, egg and lettuce. Yoghurt with blueberries to follow. I’ve found that Yeo Valley Organic Greek recipe yoghurt (5% fat) is the lowest carb and highest protein of the usual supermarket offerings (though they don’t all sell it)
D- leftovers - yesterday I cooked a beef boxeater joint. I’ve never had this before, bought from local farm. They said cook it long and slow. It looked very lean so put it in the slow cooker with shallots, herbs and stock. It was fabulous. Will definitely buy again. Today I had 3 slices in the sauce it cooked in, with steamed greens. Few Montezuma’s buttons.

I’ve also noticed I get hungrier earlier when I have this breakfast rather than eggs. I’ll try it again tomorrow after reading your report as I’m also wearing a CGM currently. Thanks for the tip off. ( actually I’m wearing 4 CGMs - as part of the ongoing Libra QC trials I take part in
)

Out early again so delayed eating until after 12 when back home.
Brunch two egg mushroom omelette and salad followed by three squares of 90% chocolate
Dinner pork casserole ( slow cooked all day) served with a few carrot batons and drink of fizzy mineral water with dash of dry white wine. Followed by a low carb blondie warmed and served with spoon of cream.

@shelley262 I did get a small spike after the yoghurt and granola breakfast, but interestingly quite a significant drop about an hour after eating - thus is why I always get hungry after it I guess, as opposed to eggs. Thanks for mentioning it.
B- as above, yoghurt and M&S grain free granola.
L- lettuce boats filled with cream cheese, flaked salmon fillet and avocado. It was a bit bland so added a drop of hot sauce.
D- Venison meatballs, L/c pasta and broccoli. Meatball sauce made by stirring cream into the cooking juices and adding a splash of soy sauce. Saw this method in a DietDoctor recipe, it’s super easy and v tasty. Montezuma’s AB to follow.

Today I though I'd try a beef brisket in the air fryer. I didn't work very well. Here it is with savoy cabbage fried in butter, boiled frozen carrots, and a few roasties. I think I need to re-evaluate my "cooking". And use fresh carrots instead of frozen!

Coffee and cream x 2
Ham and coleslaw
Greek yogurt small
Beef shin with carrot and green beans
