I’ve also noticed I get hungrier earlier when I have this breakfast rather than eggs. I’ll try it again tomorrow after reading your report as I’m also wearing a CGM currently. Thanks for the tip off. ( actually I’m wearing 4 CGMs - as part of the ongoing Libra QC trials I take part inBreakfast - I'd bought some more of the M and S no grains granola which I had with Kefir and a few wild frozen blackberries. I liked the granola when tried it first a few months ago and also did test my sugars two hours after first bite with my meter to make sure ok for me and all seemed good. However today although my bgs were ok and quite low two hours after - I did have quite a steep rise not long after eating which stayed high until it fell low just about two hours later. As I'm trialling a sensor I was able to see this sustained rise which wasn't picked up by my traditional testing. I don't have any real rise at all when I eat my usual eggs and low carb toast so I'm going back to my usual tried and trusted breakfast! One thing I did notice a few months ago when eating the granola was that I felt hungrier by late morning which should have made me think that I may have had a sharp rise and fall as don't usually get that hungry after a high protein egg breakfast.
