Morning all. Yesterday's meal. Tomato soup; gammon with a slice of pineapple, peas and sweetcorn and about 5 chips. My own yoghurt with blueberries for pudding. They are not big portions so hopefully no damage. Frosty but sunny day so wrap up and wear your sunglasses!! :)

Breakfast kefir then poached egg with mushrooms
Lunch - celebrating pancake day by making pancakes using low carb panda flour and served with lemon juice - I had one and a half pancakes. Mix made five pancakes - 36g of panda flour, 3 eggs, 65 g of double cream and 185g of cold water mixed. (Panda flour is 9.5 g carbs per 100g and is a mix of bamboo fibre, coconut flour and psyllium husk from the Panda pantry) found these pancakes quite similar to normal flour ones but less than one gram of carb per pancake.

Breakfast- Greek yoghurt.
Lunch- spinach and herb frittata
Dinner- big family pancake feast. I made 38 normal pancakes and a selection of fillings for people to help themselves - Garlic and mushroom. Brocolli in cheese sauce. Strawberries and blueberries and whipped cream. All low carb so I could join in too. My L/c pancakes were made by mixing 1 egg, 1 tbs each of cream cheese, parmesan and cream cheese. It made 2 very nice pancakes. (Photo is with mushroom filling)

Much too large a piece of Somerset Brie. Have you ever tasted Somerset Brie? If so, you'll empathise with the quantity taken.

Dinner will be a big lamb chop (I mean BIG) with cauliflower, sprouts and cabbage. Not a wine week, but I was able to find some 100% chocolate today so will have a smallish piece of that. Probably impossible to have more! A long time since I last had some.

Had to head out early so skipped breakfast
Lunch cheeses, (@Outlier I love Somerset brie too but generally prefer blue soft cheeses I had Montagnolo Affine today plus some comte) celery and low carb seeded crackers followed by ginger tea and hm low carb coffee and walnut cake
Dinner fillet steak served with mushrooms and onions.

Coffee and cream
Tea
Too much Greek yogurt
Chicken and cherry tomatoes
Sour cream
Brie and too much cheddar cruncher more cherry tomatoes
