That sounds so cool2 boiled eggs for breakfast then off in a foraging course which was brilliant. She’d made us a picnic lunch, the wild garlic whipped feta was heavenly, and the frittata made with herbs and oxeye daisies looked wonderful - I had a tiny slice and discretely left potatoes.
Dinner was steak and salad.

I like them shaved very thinly and tossed with a Caesar dressingI'm trying to add more fiber to my diet. I fried Brussels sprouts today and they taste disgusting! How do you cook it? frying with spices is clearly not an option. I like the fried green peas and green beans, but the Brussels sprouts are disgusting. How else can I increase the amount of fiber?
