What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast kefir then bacon and egg
Lunch hm LC Christmas Cake with cheese
Still cooking for freezer (prepping for Christmas) and baked a low carb Golden Panda loaf and six rolls

Dinner piece of frittata and salad. Pic is of whole frittata
 
B- Greek yoghurt and blueberries.
L- L/c roll filled with cheese, beef and mayo. A h/m baked blueberry cheesecake for pud ( cream cheese, an egg and dash of vanilla extract with blueberries thrown in top before baking)
D- poached salmon fillet and a few salady bits which included a slaw made from shredded sprouts and radishes. Choc chia pud to follow.
 
Usual brunch, 2 hours late as I had a medical appointment. Dinner was crispy pork rashers with brussels sprouts and cauliflower. A slug of single malt and 4 squares of Montezuma's.
 
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: cheese, tomato and mushroom omelette.

 
Usual brunch with extra nuts as still hungry. Dinner waslamb chop with broccoli, sprouts and cauliflower, shot of single malt and 4 squares of Montezuma.

Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: salmon baked in butter, garlic and lemon with cauliflower, broccoli and carrots.

 
B- ham and eggs
L- L/c roll filled with salmon, mayo and avocado. A baked blueberry cheesecake.
D- kobi keema ( mince and cabbage curry) followed by a slice of the Panda Pantry Christmas cake I baked this morning. I agree @shelley262 it is delicious with all the proper Christmassy flavours.
 
Quite a fishy day today...
Lunch: wild red salmon wholemeal sandwich
Dinner: battered haddock fillet with mushrooms and mushy peas

 
Coffee and unsweetened almond milk x 2
Yogurt and black berries
Ham
Cottage cheese tomatoes
