Breakfast - impromptu breakfast out. Arrived at work to find my fob not working so couldn't get in. Since I arrive well before others (7.30am), headed to the local cafe for 2 fried eggs and 2 rashers of bacon. My packed crustless quiche is now in the fridge waiting for tomorrow.

Lunch - salad with salami and cheese

Dinner - chicken leg with sautéed courgette and onion (my vegetables of the moment)

A day of miracles and leftovers. Currently tweaking protein levels as I seem to have landed on a plateau. Miracles? Bed on 6.1 up to a FBG of 6.4. Shame the DP kicked in and I hit 8.6. Ah well...
B. 1 egg omelette with mushroom, tomato, 1 rasher of bacon, beansprouts and spinach.
L. Leftover Thai red prawn curry from last night
D. Had some cold meats left so a thin slice of deli roast pork, fire and smoke turkey and Lidl's German sausage mix. Romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, 1/2 avocado, wee bit cheese and Helmanns.
1 square lindt 90%.

Breakfast - crustless quiche

Lunch - salad of baby spinach, rocket, baby plum tomatoes, radish, feta cheese and avocado

Dinner - protein feast. Out at Brazilian BBQ restaurant with an old school friend - one of those where they keep coming round with skewers of meat and carving at the table and before you know it, you've eaten half a cow. With a token portion of rocket leaves.

I can cope with tuna for breakfast - used to have it often, when a certain job role dictated a fast, portable breakfast - but I am seriously impressed that you can stomach mackerel at that time in the morning!

Yesterday:

B: coffeesub and cream
L: nothing
S: seaweed thins (decided I LOVE them, and ordered more. These next ones are 'sweet soy', with a whole 2g carbs in each pack. Do I know how to live, or wot?) and then some kale crisps later
D: a dietdoctor recipe for Thai pork meat balls. Only I stir fried the meatball ingredients, because I couldn't face balling it up. Turned out very nice, but a bit mild for my tastes. More chilli and ginger next time! :D
