What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast: Two scrambled eggs and a small handful of cheese grated in

Lunch: Nothing

Dinner: Lidl protein roll with aubergine dip, avocado, prawns and salad

Drinks: Coffee with breakfast and mid morning then sparkling mineral water for the rest of the day.

Much better bed 6 FBG 6.7 and pre breakfast was 7.3. Still achy but nowhere near as bad as yesterday. Was debating whether to go to Aqua Fit today but feel reasonably good plus it will do me good. Will go in the spa for a wee while as that will ease the achy muscles.
B. Boiled egg, slice of ham and 2 Walnuts. Mug of Tassimo Americano grande with a dash of cream (Tesco have run out of the Morning Coffee)
L. Probably a mug of Marigold Swiss bouillon
D. Instant Pot on the go again. A pot of Bolognese will be made which I'll have with oomi noodles and Diet Doctor garlic bread.
I'm already trawling the internet for an Instant Pot recipe suitable for Sunday dinner.

B: lc orange drizzle cake, with cream
L: lovely lc salad with cheese and tuna
S: lemon almond gf lc cake (yes, I know! Twice in one day!) with cream

Ah.. so Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee returned. You're entitled to have cake twice. I've just ordered Black Farmers GF sausages with my mammoth Sainsbury's delivery. Hubby at football and boys coming to stay so shopping online a must.

Now that you can build the Diet Doctor meal plans I am having a week of Diet Doctor meals (with a diversion for normal Sunday dinner). A word of caution , although you can now remove and change meals in the plans I have not found a way to save the amended plan so I had to print the Shopping list and my adjusted schedule. Didn't print the recipes as they are easy to call up. To be honest it is easier with the list printed as I had a lot of the ingredients.
B. 2 scrambled eggs with parsley and a Tassimo Americano grande with a dash of cream.
L. Probably a mug of Marigold Swiss bouillon
D. Diet Doctor chipotle pork chop with green beans and avocado.
No doubt MFP will be telling me I'm not eating enough again. I am having to add on things I am not eating to get it to complete (but things with No carbs)

B: none
S: low carb hot choc (small)
D: 100% beefburger, no bun, with cheese and bacon and onions, broccoli and a few chips. It was a very large burger. Enormous, in fact, and I may never need to eat again. Well, except for the blob of lc icecream I am planning at around 8pm.

So far today my sugars are quite unimpressed with my diet but hey ho
B - nothing
L - 55g Oppo ice cream, 1 slice livlife toast with goats butter and marmite
Drinks - 1 cup coffee with goats milk, 2 liters sparkling water
Dont know what Ill have for dinner - depends if / when my sugars decide to play ball, still Ive got loads of choices - my online shopping delivery came today and provided a wealth of entertainment
First off my organic raspberries had been replaced with non organic - bad but the driver told me much worse things happen like the time they substituted a bag of potatoes for a bag of crisps! anyway I returned them and got a £16 refund which brought my shop down to under £30.
Then as I unpacked the bags, each and every one had things in it I hadnt ordered! Not as good as the week when there was a £50 bottle of unordered champagne in among my shopping, but all the same there was trout, pancetta, bacon, courgettes aubergines, various herbs, peppers, eggs and cream in amongst my stuff. The shopping company said they couldnt send the driver back so just do what you want with them - I will with a clear concience!
